SAES Getters S.p.A. hereby announces the total amount of shares and the total amount of the voting rights exercisable starting from today, following the waiver by Carisma S.p.A. of the double voting rights on n. 656,400 SAES Getters S.p.A. ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127quinquies of Legislative Decree n. 58 of 24 February 1998, and pursuant to the Company by-Laws.
