INFORMATIVA SUL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – MI) – investment / merchant bank indipendente e diversificata quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana (codice LEI 81560017CF8066680595) comunica di aver acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea del 30 aprile 2019 (già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art.144 bis del Regolamento Consob 11971/99 e dell'art. 132 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98) nel periodo dal 25 novembre al 1 dicembre 2019 n. 32.290 azioni ordinarie (pari allo 0,019% del capitale sociale) al prezzo medio ponderato di euro 6,6886 per un controvalore complessivo di euro 215.975,52.

Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Equita Sim S.p.A. (codice LEI 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85).

DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE PLAN FOR THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – MI) independent and diversified investment / merchant bank listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana (LEI code no. 81560017CF8066680595) in execution of the treasury shares program declares the acquisition on the Stock Exchange Market, according to the Shareholders' Meeting on April 30, 2019 approval, (already announced in according to article 132 of "Testo Unico della Finanza" and article 144 – bis, paragraph 1, letter b, of Consob Regulation no. 11971 of May, 1999) of n. 32,290 TIP S.p.A. ordinary shares (equal to 0.019 of share capital) throughout November 25 to December 1, 2019, at a weighted average price of 6.6886 Euro, at the countervalue of 215,975.52 Euro.

Purchases were made through the intermediary Equita Sim S.p.A. (code LEI 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85).
