Nurminen Logistics sold its logistics properties to Ilmarinen as part of financing arrangement

Nurminen Logistics Plc Stock Exchange Release 2 November 2009 at 12.20 pm Nurminen Logistics sold its logistics properties to Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company as part of financing arrangement Nurminen Logistics Plc has sold its properties in Kotka, Luumäki, Vainikkala, Niirala and Jyväskylä to Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company. The selling price is approximately EUR 15 million. Nurminen Logistics Plc continues its operations as a leaseholder in the above mentioned properties on a ten-year lease agreement. Nurminen Logistics Plc has committed to repurchase the properties from Ilmarinen after the term of lease agreement. The arrangement has no material impact on the company's result. The arrangement will be recorded as property sale. The leaseback will be treated as financial lease.
