RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE OVERCOMING OF THE EXECTIVE COMMITTEE

Rome, 13 December 2019 – It is announced that, after the initial phase of operation of the General Manager, today's Board of Directors resolved to redefine the powers by revoking those temporarily granted to the Executive Committee. Therefore, the latter Committee is going to terminate its functions.

The powers formerly granted to the Executive Committee have been distributed between the Chairman and the General Manager.

The Company wishes to thank the members of the Executive Committee for the contribution provided during these months of activity.
