Rome, December 17, 2019 - Rai Way S.p.A. announces that the Informational Document prepared in accordance with article 5 of the Consob approved Regulation with Resolution no.17221 of 12 March 2010, and subsequently amended, and of article 6.2 of the procedure for transactions with related parties adopted by the Company related to the execution of an agreement aimed at amending some terms and conditions of the Service Contract executed with Rai - Radiotelevisione Italiana Spa – is available to the public at the Company's registered office in Roma, at Via Teulada no. 66, and is published on the authorized storage mechanism () as well as on the Company's website www.raiway.it (Investor Relations/Refarming Agreement).
