STOCKMANN plc Company Announcement 14.12.2009 at 12.15 STOCKMANN'S BOARD WILL NOT USE THE AUTHORIZATION ON THE PAYMENT OF A DIVIDEND Stockmann's Annual General Meeting held on 17 March 2009 authorized the Board of Directors to decide by 31 December 2009 on the payment of a dividend of no more than EUR 0.38 per share, in addition to the dividend decided by the Annual General Meeting.
