HKScan Corporation ANNOUNCEMENT 29 December 2009, at 8am HKSCAN'S FINANCIAL CALENDAR YEAR 2010 HKScan Corporation will publish three interim reports in 2010: - January to March interim report on 4 May 2010 - January to June interim report on 10 August 2010 - January to September interim report on 5 November 2010 The financial statement bulletin for 2009 will be published on 19 February 2010. The Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 23 April 2010. The Annual Report 2009 will be published during week 14. The publication of the financial reports will take place at about 8am Finnish time. All financial reports are available on the company's website at www.hkscan.com soon after the publication.
