RECORDATI: CHANGE IN 2020 CORPORATE EVENTS' CALENDAR

Milan, 4 th February 2020 – As a partial amendment to the 2020 corporate events' calendar, issued on 12th November 2019, Recordati S.p.A. announces that the Annual Shareholders' Meeting to approve Recordati S.p.A.'s 2019 financial statements, previously scheduled for 30th April 2020, will now be held on Wednesday 29th April 2020. The remaining dates for the year 2020 already disclosed remain unchanged.
