approved the Three Years plan for the period 2020-2022

Pesaro, 21 February 2020 The Biesse Board of Directors – company listed in the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana the Italian Stock Exchange – approved today the Three Years Business Plan for the period 2020-2022.

Based on the Business Plan initiatives and considering the international economic perspectives, moreover strongly affected by the recent events, the Biesse Group forecasts for the above mentioned period:

c.a.g.r. calculated vs 2019e

• net sales up: c.a.g.r. 3.2% (€ 776 mln 2022e)
• recover profitability:
  • o ebitda: c.a.g.r. 10.2% (€103 mln13.2% on 2022e sales)
  • o ebit: c.a.g.r. 17.7% (€70 mln 9.1% on 2022e sales)
• improvement of the NFP: (+€ 20 mln in 2022e positive delta of almost Euro 40 mln. between 2019e NFP and 2022e NFP)
• scheduled net investments for an amount of around Euro 116 mln during the three years 2020- 2022
• e.p.s. x1.62 in 2022e

The forecasts, especially in the light of the actual volatility, can suffer significantly negative effects direct or indirect- of events not related to Biesse.

Despite the strong uncertainties and the turmoil of the world scenario, Biesse intends to keep a special focus regarding the investments versus:

• development of the SOPHIA digital platform
• software solutions oriented to increase integration and proactivity smart factory concept
• product innovation for the core segments and the new ones both

Obviously all the above without neglect any effort regarding the marketing/sales area as well as the after sales, service 4.0. ones.

In addition to its scheduled participation at the next STAR event organized by Borsa Italiana (Milan 25- 26 March) , Biesse is always available for special meetings for further in-depth discussions of the Three Years Business Plan 2020-2022, both in Italy and abroad.
