Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie (il "Programma") - comunicato al mercato in data 14 dicembre 2018 e avviato in data 19 dicembre 2018 in esecuzione di quanto deliberato dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 14 dicembre 2018 – Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. comunica di aver acquistato sull'AIM Italia organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., nel periodo 24 FEBBRAIO – 28 FEBBRAIO 2020, complessive n. 22.645 azioni proprie (pari allo 0,0976% del capitale sociale), al prezzo medio ponderato di Euro 11,6542 per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 263.909.

Sulla base delle informazioni fornite da Banca Akros - intermediario incaricato di coordinare il Programma in piena autonomia e indipendenza - si riporta, di seguito, il riepilogo delle operazioni in forma aggregata:

NOTIFICATION OF TREASURY SHARE BUYBACK

BETWEEN 24 FEBRUARY AND 28 FEBRUARY 2020

Within the buyback plan (the "Plan") – as communicated on 14 December 2018 and launched on 19 December 2018, in compliance with the resolution passed by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 14 December 2018 – Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. announces that between 24 FEBRUARY and 28 FEBRUARY 2020 it bought back, on the AIM Italia market (AIM) managed by Borsa Italiana, no. 22,645 treasury shares (corresponding to 0.0976% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 11.6542 per share for a total amount of Euro 263,909.

On the basis of the information given by Banca Akros – the appointed intermediary to manage the Plan in full autonomy and independence – here above are the details of the transactions on a daily basis:
