APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019 TO BE POSTPONED AND FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2020 AMENDED

Rome, 6 March 2020 – Atlantia announces that, in view of the decision taken by the Board of Directors of our subsidiary, Autostrade per l'Italia, to postpone approval of its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 in order to fully assess the impact of recent developments on the preparation of its financial statements, today's meeting of Atlantia's Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Board meeting called to approve the Company's separate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 until 28 April 2020. In this way, the Company is to take advantage of the extended term of 180 days from the end of the financial year, within which the Annual General Meeting is required to approve the financial statements, also in view of the preparation of consolidated financial statements. The postponement is in accordance with the provisions of art. 2364, paragraph two of the Italian Civil Code and art. 16 of the Articles of Association.

As a result of today's decision, Atlantia's Annual General Meeting, originally scheduled for 28 April 2020, will now be held, in single call, on 29 May 2020, with a start time of 10.00am.
