NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTED

Rome, 6 March 2020 – Atlantia SpA's Board of Directors has today co-opted Valentina Martinelli on to the Board as a non-executive Director of the Company, pursuant to art. 2386 of the Italian Civil Code.

Valentina Martinelli, who holds a degree in Business Economics from Ca' Foscari University in Venice, began her career with the audit firm, Arthur Andersen SpA. Since 2003, she has worked for Edizione Srl, where she is currently Head of Administration, Financial Reporting and Compliance.

Valentina Martinelli, whose curriculum vitae will be available on the Company's website (http://www.atlantia.it/it/corporate-governance/consiglio-di-amministrazione), will remain in office until the next General Meeting of shareholders.

Based on the information available to the Company, Valentina Martinelli does not hold shares in Atlantia SpA.
