PANOSTAJA OYJ'S PROFIT OUTLOOK WEAKER

Panostaja Oyj Stock Exchange Release, March 8, 2010, 15:20 pm PANOSTAJA OYJ'S PROFIT OUTLOOK WEAKER Board of Panostaja Oyj has decided to restate the outlook for the rest of the financial year. The turnover of Panostaja Group is still expected to increase from previous financial year but the operating profit of the financial year is expected to be lower than the operating profit of previous financial year. However the operating profit of the financial year is expected to clearly surpass the operating profit of the previous financial year (EUR 0,1 million without the divestment profit of the Group's real estate holdings). The earlier outlook was that the Group's turnover and operating profit this financial year are expected to surpass that of the previous financial year. Panostaja Oyj will publish its Interim Report to cover the period November 1, 2009 - January 31, 2010, (3 months) on Wednesday, March 10, 2010.
