Corporate events calendar 2020 amendement

Pesaro, 13 March 2020 – The Corporate Events calendar for the 2020 year is amended as follows:

• The Ordinary Biesse Shareholders' Meeting is called for April 21st 2020 9.00 a.m. (first convocation) and eventually for May 8th 2020 (second call) at the same hour
