Eurotech: integrazione comunicato stampa del 12 marzo 2020
Amaro (UD), 13 marzo 2020 – Eurotech informa, ad integrazione di quanto comunicato in data 12 marzo 2020, che con riferimento all'utile d'esercizio di Euro 8.376.677,45 derivante dal bilancio al 31 dicembre 2019 di Eurotech S.p.A., il Consiglio di Amministrazione proporrà all'assemblea dei soci di destinarlo interamente a copertura delle perdite degli esercizi precedenti.
Il Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari Sandro Barazza attesta, ai sensi del comma 2 articolo 154 bis del Testo Unico della Finanza, che l'informativa contabile contenuta nel presente comunicato corrisponde alle risultanze documentabili, ai libri e alle scritture contabili della società.

Eurotech: addition to the press release of 12 March 2020
Amaro (Italy), 13 March 2020 – In addition to what was communicated on 12 March 2020, Eurotech S.p.A. informs that, with reference to the profit for the year of Euro 8,376,677.45 accounting to the financial statements as at 31 December 2019 of Eurotech S.p.A., the Board of Directors will propose to the Shareholders' Meeting to allocate it entirely to cover the losses of previous years.
Pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 2, of the Italian Consolidated Finance Act, the financial reporting manager, Sandro Barazza, hereby declares that the financial disclosure contained in this press release corresponds to the company's documentary evidence, corporate books, and accounting records.
