Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie (il "Programma") - comunicato al mercato in data 14 dicembre 2018 e avviato in data 19 dicembre 2018 in esecuzione di quanto deliberato dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 14 dicembre 2018 – Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. comunica di aver acquistato sull'AIM Italia organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., nel periodo 9 MARZO – 13 MARZO 2020, complessive n. 13.281 azioni proprie (pari allo 0,0566% del capitale sociale), al prezzo medio ponderato di Euro 9,8175 per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 130.386.

Sulla base delle informazioni fornite da Banca Akros - intermediario incaricato di coordinare il Programma in piena autonomia e indipendenza - si riporta, di seguito, il riepilogo delle operazioni in forma aggregata:

NOTIFICATION OF TREASURY SHARE BUYBACK

Within the buyback plan (the "Plan") – as communicated on 14 December 2018 and launched on 19 December 2018, in compliance with the resolution passed by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 14 December 2018 – Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A. announces that between 9 MARCH and 13 MARCH 2020 it bought back, on the AIM Italia market (AIM) managed by Borsa Italiana, no. 13,281 treasury shares (corresponding to 0.0566% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 9.8175 per share for a total amount of Euro 130,386.

On the basis of the information given by Banca Akros – the appointed intermediary to manage the Plan in full autonomy and independence – here above are the details of the transactions on a daily basis:
