UPDATE CONCERNING THE DATE OF THE CALL OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Rome, March 18, 2020 – Following what was already communicated on March 12, 2020 and in light of the provisions set forth under article 106 of the Law Decree no. 18 of March 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Rai Way resolved to convene the shareholders' meeting for the approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2019, in first or single call, on a date to be scheduled between June 15 and June 26. Such date (jointly with the possible second call) will be announced in the terms and modalities set forth under the applicable laws.

Pursuant to Article 2.6.2. of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and as partial amendment to what communicated on January 30, 2020, Rai Way announces the updated financial calendar:

15 – 26 June 2020	General Shareholder's Meeting for approval of the Financial Statement as of December 31, 2019(first call or single call)
30 July 2020	BoD Meeting for approval of the Half Year Financial Statement as of June 30, 2020
12 November 2020	BoD Meeting for approval of Third Quarter results as of September 30, 2020
