Amaro, 19 Marzo 2020 – Eurotech S.p.A. rende noto che l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria della Società convocata per il giorno 28 aprile 2020, in unica convocazione, è stato pubblicato in data odierna sul sito internet della Società www.eurotech.com alla sezione Investitori/Informazioni azionisti, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato consultabile al sito , e verrà pubblicato per estratto sul quotidiano "Correre della Sera" in data 21 marzo 2020.
Le Relazioni illustrative degli Amministratori sui punti 3 e 4 all'ordine del giorno sono disponibili sul sito internet della Società www.eurotech.com alla sezione Investitori/Informazioni azionisti e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato consultabile al sito . The directors' report on items 3 and 4 on the agenda of the shareholders' meeting, are available at the Company's website www.eurotech.com (Investors/Shareholder's information section) and on the authorized storage mechanism available on the website . The additional documentation that will be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public, in the same manner, within the terms established by the law and indicated in the notice of call.
