Filing of documentation for the Shareholders' Meeting

SAES Getters S.p.A. announces that today the following documents for the Shareholders' Meeting have been made available to the public, both in Italian and in English language, on the website of the Company (www.saesgetters.com/investor-relations/financial-reports), in the storage system managed by Computershare S.p.A. () and at the Company's headquarters:

• the report of the Directors on the integration of the fees of Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. for the year 2019 in relation both to the independent auditing of the accounts and to the assignment concerning the limited examination of the Consolidated non-financial statement of SAES Getters S.p.A. and its subsidiaries;
• the report of the Directors on the appointment of the Common Representative of the Savings Shareholders for the three-year period 2020-2022, as well as on the determination of his/her annual remuneration.
