COVID-19: GPI GROUP FITS WITHIN THE ESSENTIAL SERVICES

BUSINESS CONTINUITY ASSURED TO SUPPORT THE NATIONAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new Prime Minister's Decree comes into force from today, stopping all non-essential activities throughout Italy.

GPI Group provides essential services and continues to operate and support the National Healthcare System.

Trento, 23 March 2020

GPI (GPI:IM), a leading company in IT Solutions and Healthcare and Social Services, listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana, to announce that it continues activities, which are to be considered essential services, pursuant to the newly enacted Prime Minister' Decree: yesterday the Italian Government put into effect the new decree to shut down much of public life to prevent the virus spreading further: all nonessential activities are stopped until April 3.

GPI Group provides Contact Center and Front End services for the health care sector, provides software solutions and technology to support preventative, therapy and care processes to people. Those are the key services to sustain the social health supply chain. GPI Group staff work with the National Healthcare System professionals to detect the needs and find the correct mix of technologies and services to deal with the emergency. Particularly, information services to the population have been strengthened at this stage.

GPI has also promptly implemented all prevention measure to protect its employees, clients and suppliers, establishing policies and practices such as the smart working, when possible, and rigorous procedures of control and disinfection.
