Milan, 24 March 2020 – Please be informed that, today, the Company made available to the public the following documents as approved by the Board of Directors on 18th March 2020: (i) the financial statements at, and for the year ended, 31 December 2019, (ii) the 2019 corporate governance report and ownership structure and (iii) the 2019 consolidated non-financial information disclosure pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 254 dated 30 December 2016.
