TECTIA CORPORATION COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT APRIL 1, 2010 AT 11:00 AM CHANGE OF BUSINESS NAME AND COMPANY AND TRADING CODES The change of the new business name to Tectia Oyj, in English Tectia Corporation, which was decided by SSH Communications Security Oyj's Annual General Meeting on March 3, 2010 has been registered in the Trade Register on April 1, 2010. In connection with the change of the company's business name the company and trading codes on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. will change. The new company code is TECTIA and the trading code TEC1V. The new business name and company and trading codes will be valid in the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki INET-system as of April 6, 2010.
