ELICA S.p.A.:PUBLICATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION FOR ORDINARY SHAREHOLDER'S MEETING OF APRIL 28, 2020

Fabriano, March 27, 2020 - With regards to the Shareholders' Meeting of ELICA S.p.A. called in ordinary session for April 28, 2020, it is noted that the following documentation was today made available to the public:

• the illustrative reports of the BoD as per, inter alia, art 125-ter of the Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 (the "CFA") concerning 1°, 2°, 3°, 5° e 7° points of the agenda
• annual financial report, including the statutory financial statements at December 31, 2019, the consolidated financial statements, the Directors' Report and the statement as per Article 154-bis (the "CFA");
• the non-financial report prepared as per Legislative Decree 254/2016 together with the certification of the independent audit firm KPMG S.p.A;
• the Corporate Governance and ownership structure report, prepared as per Article 123-bis of the CFA
• the Remuneration Report, prepared in accordance with Article 123-ter of the CFA
• the Board of Statutory Auditors' Report, prepared in accordance with Article 153 of the CFA
• the independent auditors' report of KPMG S.p.A. on the statutory and consolidated financial statements of ELICA S.p.A
