Amaro (UD), March 28th, 2020 - Regarding the Shareholders' Meeting called, in a single call, on 28 April 2020, the Annual Report and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 2018 approved by the Board of Directors of Eurotech S.p.A., together with the Board of Directors' report on operations, the Report on corporate governance and ownership set-ups, the attestation of the financial reporting manager as per art. 154-bis of the Legislative Decree 58 of February 24, 1998, the Board of Statutory Auditors' report according to art. 153 of the Legislative Decree 58 of February 24, 1998, and the Independent Auditor's reports have been made available on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (Investors / Shareholders' Information section) and on the authorized storage mechanism available on the website .
