The Managing Director Hannu Ahola has resigned

SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 8.4.2010 The Board of Directors of Solteq Plc has given the managing director Hannu Ahola a permission to resign at his own request in Board's meeting on April 8, 2010. CFO Antti Kärkkäinen will act temporarily as managing director in charge beginning April 8, 2010. The Board of Directors will start the search process for new managing director immediately.
