REVENIO GROUP CORPORATION Stock Exchange Release April 19, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. NEW CEO AT MIDAS TOUCH OY Markku Pihlajaniemi will step down from his position as the CEO of Midas Touch Oy. Riku Lamppu (51), commercial institute graduate, has been appointed as the new CEO as from 1 May 2010. Riku Lamppu has served for a long time as the managing director of the HoReCa company E.Ahlström Oy, the chairman of the Board of Directors of E.Ahlström's Russian subsidiary and a member of the Boards of its Baltic subsidiaries. In addition, Lamppu has served as the managing director of Icecool Oy and in management positions in sales and marketing in the Optical Retail Division of Instrumentarium Oy, the Nissen chain and Johnson & Johnson Oy. “Over the course of his career, Riku Lamppu has tackled many challenging tasks very successfully. He will now take on another challenge as Midas Touch Oy's new CEO.
