Voting intentions of the Bi.Fin S.r.l. shareholder regarding the proposal to authorize the purchase and the disposal of treasury shares to be voted during the Ordinary General Meeting dd 21 April 2020

Pesaro, 16 April 2020 the Company is communicating on behalf of Bi.Fin s.r.l., for the purpose of a timely information to the market, that the Company has been informed by the main shareholders that Bi.Fin s.r.l. – in the interest of the Company itself and in the interest of the minority shareholders- intends to negatively vote regarding the point nr. 6 of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting Agenda dd April 21st, concerning the buyback and alienation of treasury shares. This negative vote is exclusively motivated to avoid to preclude -for the Biesse Group- the possibility to be admitted to obtain any liquidity support as per the recent Liquidity Decree (D.L. n 23/2020) forecasting, among other conditions to obtain the guarantees issued by SACE, the rejection of deliberations regarding the buy back of treasury shares made by the Company (and the Group) claiming the loans.
