Vengono confermate per il giorno 29 aprile e 30 aprile 2020 le date di prima e seconda convocazione dell'assemblea straordinaria e ordinaria con all'ordine del giorno, tra l'altro, l'approvazione del bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2019 e la proposta di distribuzione di un dividendo di 0,090 euro (al lordo delle ritenute di legge) per azione (data stacco il 18 maggio 2020 e messa in pagamento il 20 maggio 2020).

The Board of Directors of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP"- tip.mi), independent and diversified investment/merchant bank listed on the Star segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., met today and, taking into consideration the Notice n. 5319 issued on March 11, 2020 by Borsa, has resolved to defer the publication of the First Quarter Interim Report due to the delays in the communication of updated data of certain participated.

At present it is not possible to make predictions on the new publication date. It will be communicated as soon as TIP will have visibility on the updated data of all its participated.

It is confirmed the call of the extraordinary and ordinary shareholders meeting for April 29, 2020 and April 30, 2020 on first and second call respectively with in agenda, among the other, the approval of the annual financial report for the year 2019 and of the proposal of distribution of a dividend of 0.09 Euro (gross of withholding tax) per share ("ex dividend" date on May 18, 2020 and payment day on May 20, 2020).
