AMENDMENT OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2020

Rome, 28 April 2020 – At today's meeting of Atlantia's Board of Directors, the Board agreed to move the date of the Board meeting to approve the financial results for the three months ended 31 March 2020 to 11 June 2020. The decision in part reflects the restrictive measures introduced by numerous government authories in the countries in which Group companies operate, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the related impact on their operations. The revised calendar is shown below. Any further changes will be promptly announced.

29 May 2020	Annual General Meeting (single call)
11 June 2020	Board of Directors reviews results announcement for the three months
	ended 31 March 2020
4 August 2020	Board of Directors reviews interim report for the six months ended 30 June
	2020
13 November 2020	Board of Directors reviews results announcement for the nine months
	ended 30 September 2020
