ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AS OF 29 May 2020: FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2019 AND OF FURTHER DOCUMENTS

Rome, 30 April 2020 – With reference to the Annual General Meeting of Atlantia S.p.A. to be held, as announced in the notice published in accordance with the law on 29 April 2020, on single call, in addition to the previously published information, we hereby announce that the documentation described below is available for inspection at the Company's registered office at Via A. Nibby, 20, Rome, on the Company's website (http://www.atlantia.it/en/investors/general-meetings.html) and on the authorize storage mechanism ( ):

• Annual Report for the year 2019 (including the Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statements, the Report on Operation and the certification referred to in article 154-bis sub section 5, Legislative Decree no. 58 as of 24 February 1998), accompanied by the Reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Independent Auditors;
• Annual Report on Corporate Governance and the Ownership Structure, for the year 2019;
• Integrated Report 2019/Consolidated Non-Financial Statement pursuant to D. Lgs. 254/2016 together with the relevant certification issued by the Independent Auditors pursuant to article 3, paragraph 10, of Legislative Decree December 30th, 2016, No. 254.

Lastly, pursuant to art. 15, paragraph 1, letter a), of the Markets Regulation adopted by Consob with Resolution no. 20249 of December 28th, 2017, the accounting statements drafted for the purposes of the consolidated financial statements of the Atlantia Group for the financial year 2019, and concerning Atlantia S.p.A.'s subsidiaries incorporated and existing under the laws of non-European Union countries, identified as significant pursuant to the criteria provided for in the abovementioned article 15, paragraph 2, are available to the public at the Company's registered office.

The filing notice of Annual Report for 2019, of the Annual Report on Corporate Governance and the Ownership Structure and of the Integrated Report 2019/Consolidated Non-Financial Statement pursuant to D. Lgs. 254/2016 will be published on 1 May 2020 on the daily Italian newspaper "MF Milano Finanza".
