Maisa Romanainen joins Atria's Board of Directors

ATRIA PLC COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 18 JUNE 2010 at 2.00 pm MAISA ROMANAINEN JOINS ATRIA'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS The organization meeting of the Supervisory Board of Atria Plc, held after the Annual General Meeting, decided to elect Maisa Romanainen MSc. (Econ.) a new member of the Board of Directors, replacing Runar Lillandt. The Board member Timo Komulainen was re-elected. Ari Pirkola was elected the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Seppo Paavola as the Vice Chairman. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Martti Selin was re-elected. The Board of Directors of Atria Plc is as follows: the Chairman of the Board of Directors Martti Selin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Timo Komulainen, and the Board members Tuomo Heikkilä, Esa Kaarto, Maisa Romanainen, Harri Sivula and Matti Tikkakoski.
