Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

NOTIFICATION ON THE GOVERNMENT'S DECISION

The Government of the Republic of Lithuania in its meeting of 21 July, 2010, has approved the decision enabling SC Klaipedos Nafta to commence development of the project of LNG terminal. At the Government's meeting the Ministry of Energy, as the holder in trust of SC Klaipedos Nafta shares, belonging to the State, was authorised to vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of SC Klaipedos Nafta for the resolutions necessary for the project preparation of LNG terminal.
