Trainers' House Plc announced on 5 August 2010 a transaction in which the technology project business of Trainers' House is sold to a new company. As described in that announcement, the completion of the transaction was subject to certain conditions precedent. All conditions precedent of the transaction have today, 13 August 2010, been satisfied and the transaction has been completed.
