Panostaja Oyj Stock Exchange Bulletin, 13th October 2010 NOMINATION IN PANOSTAJA - VELI-HEIKKI SAARI BECOMES MANAGING DIRECTOR AT ALFA-KEM Mr. Veli-Heikki Saari, 51, has become a partner and been appointed Managing Director at Oy Alfa-Kem Ab which is part of the Panostaja group. Prior to this, Saari worked as Managing Director at Hultafors Group Finland Ltd. Saari takes up his role as Managing Director on 15th November 2010. Mr. Hannu Poutiainen, present Managing Director at Oy Alfa-Kem Ab, is due to serve the Company in the change process after which he will move to a new position outside the Group. Oy Alfa-Kem Ab is a techno-chemical company, which business idea is to manufacture, develop and market techno-chemicals for professional use, and products such as industrial chemicals and substances that are used in cleaning and catering. The Company is located in Lahti and it has 19 employees.
