STOCKMANN plc Corporate Action 1.11.2010 at 10.00 STOCKMANN APPLIES FOR LISTING OF THE 2006B AND 2006C SHARE OPTIONS TO THE HELSINKI EXCHANGE MAIN LIST Stockmann plc applies for listing of the 2006B and 2006C share options to the Helsinki Exchange Main List as of November 2, 2010. The number of 2006B share options is 187,500 and the number of 2006C share options 375,000. Each option entitles its holder to subscribe for one Series B share in Stockmann plc. Therefore, the 2006B share options entitle their holders to subscribe for a maximum of 187,500 Series B shares and the 2006C share options for a maximum of 375,000 Series B shares. The share subscription price after the rights issue of 2009 and the dividend payout for the financial year 2009 through the exercise of the 2006B share options is EUR 31.27 per share and of the 2006C share options EUR 28.00 per share. The dividends payable annually are deducted from the share subscription price. The exercise period for 2006B share options has begun on March 1, 2009, and expires on March 31, 2011. The exercise period for 2006C share options has began on March 1, 2010, and expires on March 31, 2012.
