EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED WITHIN REVENIO GROUP'S MIDAS TOUCH

Revenio Group Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 4 November 2010 at 12 noon EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED WITHIN REVENIO GROUP'S MIDAS TOUCH SUBGROUP The employer-employee negotiations within Midas Touch Media Oy and Midas Touch Gateway Oy, initiated on 10 September 2010, have been concluded. As a consequence of these negotiations, these companies will run down their operations in Jämsä and Lappeenranta. Consequently, the entire staff at these locations, a total of 85 people, will be made redundant. In the future, the production activities of the Midas Touch subgroup will be concentrated in Iisalmi and Pieksämäki. As the Midas Touch subgroup has for long suffered heavy operating losses, this broad-based restructuring is aimed at achieving a clear improvement in its profitability. The outcome of the negotiations will not affect Revenio Group Corporation's profit guidance for 2010.
