Eni: aggiornamento del calendario degli eventi societari 2020
Roma, 25 giugno 2020 – Eni comunica i seguenti aggiornamenti del calendario degli eventi societari pubblicato il 30 gennaio 2020 e aggiornato in data in data 18 maggio 2020:
la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per la delibera di acconto dividendo per l'esercizio 2020, prevista per il 17 settembre 2020, è anticipata al 15 settembre 20201 .
Il relativo comunicato stampa previsto per il 17 settembre 2020, è anticipato al 15 settembre 2020;
la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'esame dei risultati del III trimestre 2020, prevista il 29 ottobre 2020, è anticipata al 28 ottobre 2020.
Il relativo comunicato stampa e la conference call previsti per il 30 ottobre 2020, sono anticipati al 28 ottobre 2020.

Rome, 25 June 2020 – Eni announces the following amendments to the financial calendar published on 30 January 2020 and amended on 18 May 2020:
the meeting of the Board of Directors convened to resolve the interim dividend for the 2020 financial year, which was scheduled for 17 September 2020, has anticipated to 15 September 20201 .
The related press release scheduled for 17 September 2020, has anticipated to 15 September 2020;
the meeting of the Board of Directors convened to analyse the Third quarter 2020 results, which was scheduled for 29 October 2020, has anticipated to 28 October 2020.
The related press release and conference call scheduled for 30 October 2020, have anticipated to 28 October 2020.
