EXEL COMPOSITES PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 12.11.2010 at 12.40 1 (1) EXEL COMPOSITES' ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND FINANCIAL CALENDAR IN 2011 Exel Composites Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 6 April 2011 at 10.30 am at Kansallissali at Aleksanterinkatu 44, Helsinki, Finland. Exel Composites will publish its financial statements bulletin on Friday 18 February 2011 at approximately 9 am and its Annual Report on week 10. In 2011, Exel Composites will publish interim reports as follows: - January - March on Thursday 5 May 2011 at approx. 9 am - January - June on Friday 22 July 2011 at approx. 10 am - January - September on Wednesday 26 October 2011 at approx. 9 am Stock exchange releases will be published in Finnish and in English.
