Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

The public company Klaipėdos nafta agrees on transshipment deal with Gazprom Neft Trading GMBH

On 25 November 2010, the public company Klaipėdos nafta (hereinafter - the Issuer) signed a fuel oil transshipment services agreement with Gazprom Neft Trading GMBH (hereinafter - the Customer), whereby the Parties agreed on the minimal volumes of fuel oil to be transshipped via the Issuer's terminal that will account for 10 to 15 percent of the total capacities of the terminal operated by the Issuer. Issuer during the year period is able to reload around 7.1 mln. t of oil and oil products By concluding the Agreement the Issuer ensured sufficient volumes of transshipment operations not only in the winter season when the cargo flows are normally very intensive, but also in the summer season when conventionally fuel oil transshipment volumes are much lower.
