Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Public company Klaipėdos nafta has signed an agreement with TNK-BP

On 2010 December 7 public company Klaipėdos nafta (hereinafter - Issuer) signed a fuel oil transshipment services agreement with TNK-BP (hereinafter - Customer). According to this contract, parties agreed about fuel oil transshipment through Issuer terminal on unspecified overloading volumes in winter months. Issuer also informs about transshipment services agreements with Russia‘s Lukoil subsidiary LITSCO S.A., Swiss company Arkham SA , Singpore‘s Chemoil subsidiary Baltic Fuel Inc. and Swiss company Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. Those contracts allow to diversify of Issuer's orders portfolio and to minimize the share of the largest clients' in Issuer‘s portfolio.
