ENAV: FIRST HALF 2020 RESULTS TO BE PUBLISHED ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2020 IN ORDER TO INCLUDE THE EFFECT OF THE TEMPORARY DEROGATION TO SINGLE EUROPEAN SKY REGULATION

Rome, July 22, 2020 – ENAV informs that the release of its first half 2020 financial statements will occur on September 29, 2020, instead of the August 4 date previously communicated, in order to be able to include the accounting effects related to the European Commission's temporary derogation proposal for 2020 and 2021 to the Single European Sky performance and charging scheme, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, to be voted upon by Member States in September 2020, as communicated in the press release issued by the Company on July 13, 2020.

In light of the ESMA recommendation 32-63-972 issued on May 20 2020, in relation to the half year results, the company, having consulted its statutory auditors and its external auditors, will avail itself of the maximum temporary window allowed under the applicable law to publish its first half results, so as to collect, during this period, further indications and information from the European Commission and the national regulator ENAC concerning the revised Union-wide performance targets applicable for 2020 and 2021, highlighted in the above-mentioned temporary derogation proposal, should this be approved in September 2020.

The company's financial calendar has been updated accordingly.
