Deposit advice of the interim results at June 30th 2020

Pesaro, 3 August 2020 – It is hereby communicated that the 2020 six months financial statements as approved the 31 July 2020 by the Biesse Board of Directors even together with the positive opinion released by Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. has been deposited at the Company's registered office and Consob company. These documents are also available on the website www.biessegroup.com investor relations area and on the website dedicated to this purpose as per the actual rules (storage)

Biesse is a global leader in technology for processing wood, glass, stone, plastic and metal. It designs, manufactures and distributes machines, integrated systems and software for manufacturers of furniture, door and window frames and components for the construction, ship-building and aerospace industries. It actually has more than 4,000. employees distributed in the main sites based in Pesaro, Gradara, Padua, Villafranca (near Verona), Thiene (near Vicenza), Alzate Brianza (near Como), Bangalore, Dongguan and the foreign subsidiaries and representative offices in Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle and Far East, Asia and Oceania.
