RELEASE NOTICE OF INTERIM REPORT OF THE ATLANTIA GROUP FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2020

Rome, 7 August 2020 – It is announced that the interim report of the Atlantia Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020, prepared pursuant to art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of the Consolidated Finance Act, in accordance with art. 81 of the Regulations for Issuers, is available to the public, together with the Report of the Independent Auditors, at registered office of the Company, on the Company's website at www.atlantia.it/en and on the mechanism for central storage (www.Info.it).

The present notice will be published on 8 August 2020 on the newspaper "MF Milano Finanza".
