Pesaro, 3 September 2020 – As integration of the press release dated Sept. 1st 2020 Biesse declares that the benefits to be recognized to Mr. Stefano Porcellini -regarding the consensual termination of his relationship- has been determined in conformity with the Company (Biesse) Remuneration Policy.
