INFORMATIVA SUL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – MI) – investment / merchant bank indipendente e diversificata quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana (codice LEI 81560017CF8066680595) comunica di aver acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea del 29 aprile 2020 (già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art.144 bis del Regolamento Consob 11971/99 e dell'art. 132 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98) nel periodo dal 12 ottobre 2020 al 16 ottobre 2020 n. 32.961 azioni ordinarie (pari allo 0,018% del capitale sociale) al prezzo medio ponderato di euro 5,7741 per un controvalore complessivo di euro 190.320,95.

Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Equita Sim S.p.A. (codice LEI 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85).

TIP comunica inoltre di avere ceduto nel medesimo periodo n. 10.000 azioni ordinarie di TIP S.p.A., ad un prezzo di 1,696 euro, per un controvalore di 16.960,00 euro a dipendenti di TIP a seguito dell'esercizio di opzioni relative al "Piano di Incentivazione TIP 2014/2021".

Si precisa pertanto che alla data del 16 ottobre 2020 la società detiene n. 15.733.654 azioni proprie (pari all'8,533% del capitale sociale).

DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE PLAN FOR THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – MI) independent and diversified investment / merchant bank listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana (LEI code no. 81560017CF8066680595) in execution of the treasury shares program declares the acquisition on the Stock Exchange Market, according to the Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2020 approval, (already announced in according to article 132 of "Testo Unico della Finanza" and article 144 – bis, paragraph 1, letter b, of Consob Regulation no. 11971 of May, 1999) of n. 32,961 TIP S.p.A. ordinary shares (equal to 0.018% of share capital) throughout October 12, 2020, to October 16, 2020, at a weighted average price of 5.7741 Euro, at the countervalue of 190,320.95 Euro.

Purchases were made through the intermediary Equita Sim S.p.A. (code LEI 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85). The breakdown on a daily basis of the purchases of the period of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ordinary shares, ISIN code IT0003153621, is as follow while the details of the transactions carried out in the period are reported in the attachment.

Therefore as at October 16, 2020 the Company owns 15,733,654 ordinary shares (equivalent to 8.533% of the share capital).
