Notice Regarding Financial Indicators to be Achieved by LITGRID AB in 2011 as Proposed by Ministry of Finance

Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius, data about the Company are collected and stored at the Register of Legal Entities) hereby informs that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, while implementing the reorganization program of state-controlled enterprises in 2011-2012, has drafted and proposed for public review a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania regarding defining financial indicators of state-controlled public companies and public limited companies for 2011. In the draft resolution it is planned that EBITDA of LITGRID AB in 2011 shall be not less than LTL 103 200 000.
