Roma, 9 Dicembre 2020: TIM S.p.A. comunica la nuova composizione del capitale sociale interamente sottoscritto e versato depositato per l'iscrizione presso il Registro Imprese di Milano in data 3 dicembre 2020, determinata a seguito dell'emissione in data 27 novembre 2020 di n. 126.343.913 azioni ordinarie (senza aumento di capitale) prive di valore nominale a servizio del Piano Azionariato Dipendenti deliberato dall'Assemblea Straordinaria di Tim del 23 aprile 2020. L'intero importo derivante dalla sottoscrizione delle suddette n. 126.343.913 azioni ordinarie TIM, pari a 39.166.613,03 (trentanovemilionicentosessantaseimilaseicentotredici virgola zerotre) euro, viene integralmente imputato a riserva sovrapprezzo azioni.

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Rome, 9 December 2020: TIM S.p.A. announces the new composition of the fully subscribed and paid-up share capital filed for registration with the Milan Company Register on 3 December 2020, determined following the issue on 27 November 2020 of no. 126,343,913 ordinary shares (without capital increase) with no par value serving the Employee Share Ownership Plan approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Tim of 23 April 2020. The entire amount resulting from the subscription of the aforementioned no. 126,343,913 TIM ordinary shares, equal to 39,166,613.03 (thirty-nine million one hundred and sixty-six thousand-six hundred and thirteen point zero-three) euros, is fully charged to the share premium reserve.
