Dividend payment

Shareholders are hereby informed that, in implementation of the resolution passed by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 15 December 2020, as of 23 December 2020, a dividend of €0.54 shall be payable for each ordinary share entitled to a dividend (record date 22 December 2020), gross of any withholding taxes, after detachment of coupon no. 20 on 21 December 2020.

The dividend will be payable to the respective Intermediaries participating in the Monte Titoli S.p.A. centralised management system.
