DISCLOSURE UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Exel Composites Plc was informed today that the holdings of Veikko Laine Oy (business identity code 011059-0) have fallen under 5 per cent of the voting rights and share capital in Exel Composites Plc on 20 May 2011.

Before the transaction the holdings of Veikko Laine Oy were 595.796 shares or 5.95 per cent Exel Composites' share capital and votes. Veikko Laine Oy's ownership share is now 395.796 shares or 3.33 per cent.
