LITGRID AB Sued Achema Regarding its Debt

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-07-25 13:16 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LITGRID AB, a public company established and functioning under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 302564383, registered address A. Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius, data about the Company are collected and stored at the Register of Legal Entities, hereby informs that since April 2011 the public company Achema has not been making payments to LITGRID AB, the administrator of public obligation services, for the public obligation services, i.e. electricity, generated and consumed for Achema's own economic needs. On July 22, 2011 LITGRID AB filed a lawsuit against the public company Achema at Kaunas district court regarding recovery of debt in the amount of LTL 2.292.026,90.
